Project Management We facilitate strategic planning, co-ordination, liaison and monitoring and evaluation for any local NGO’s or ministries in Southern Africa. Coaching We coach and partner with people in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential. Organization assessments We facilitate a process assisting people to take a step back to reflect and look at the various areas of the organisation in regards to what is working and what could be different. The organisational assessment can help to guide a group discussion about the operations of a nonprofit organization. |

Training
Youth with a Mission schools Children at Risk school This school is for Christians who are passionate about reaching out to children at risk, like street children, kids from broken families, children with HIV/AIDS, and many other categories of children at risk. The information and methods are developed in such a way that students can put them into practice straight away during the lecture phase of 3 months. This is then followed by a mandatory one-year internship. Community Development Seminar This 6 weeks seminar is designed for Christians who are passionate about people, communities and societies. The desperate conditions that face the poor and the needy call for a revolution in the church's and missional communities. Through years of experience among the poor across the globe, many have come to see that these desperate problems cannot be solved without the strong commitment and risky actions on the part of ordinary Christians with heroic faith. |
